ink and tulips
Najera's newest body of work weaves together several mediums, allowing her the freedom to layer and create a dialog between the pieces in one cohesive environment. The small works on paper and wood panels are adornments, clustered together, making them appear as one menage. Each Tulip stands alone in its bombastic presence encouraging the viewer to step back and take notice. The combination comes together in this exhibition to create a feeling of harmony, coexistence, and intimacy.
